Course description

Prerequisite: Aquatic Supervisor or Aquatic Manager, National Lifeguard, Swim Instructor or Lifesaving Instructor

The Lifesaving Society's Aquatic Management Instructor course prepares instructors to teach the Lifesaving Society's Aquatic Supervisor and/or Aquatic Manager certifications. That is, Aquatic Management Instructors are certified to teach the management training courses they hold (i.e., those who hold Aquatic Supervisor may teach it; similarly, those who hold Aquatic Manager may teach it). The Aquatic Management Instructor course length is 14 hours, and candidates should order the Aquatic Management Instructor Pack and Guide to Ontario Public Pools Regulation for reference. A Lifesaving Society certification card will be issued in the mail after successful course completion.
